Who is Terrell Owens?
 Terrell Owens is the super talented wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys. T.O., as he is called, has been the frequent focus of media attention throughout his 12-year football career. His dazzling smile, dancing feet, and handsome good looks sometimes draw undue attention which might be better spent describing the sheer athletic prowess of this highly motivated and multi-talented athlete.
His debut in the NFL was with the San Francisco 49ers in 1996. He went on to the Philadelphia Eagles in 2004, and since 2006 has been a star player for the Dallas Cowboys.

Terrell's Connection With Elastic Bands
 Terrell's training has evolved over the years. One of the most significant changes to his training occurred after he injured his hamstring at a game in Los Angeles. Determined to work through the injury quickly, Terrell met with one of the top trainers for the L.A. Lakers. The trainer recommended that Terrell begin using elastic resistance bands to strengthen the injured muscle.
After only a short time of training with the bands, Terrell's hamstring healed and was ready for the field. Surprisingly, he noticed that his moves were more powerful and explosive.
Since his hamstring was better, Terrell stopped using the elastic resistance and resumed his normal training routine. Almost immediately, he noticed that the performance boost on the field was gone.
From that point on, Terrell Owens has been hooked on training with elastic resistance. He will look you straight in the eye and tell you that he is more explosive on the field and injury free because of it.
